Dear Sicomac Families,
I hope you are all enjoying a wonderful and rejuvenating spring break! There is something truly special about this time of year. The air is warmer, the days are longer, and we can finally feel summer just around the corner.
While walking through the quiet building this week, a sign in one of our classrooms caught my eye. It said, "Don't count the days, make the days count". It struck me as the perfect mantra for our Sicomac community this spring. While it is natural to start reflecting on the school year and planning for the one ahead, let's challenge ourselves to stay present. Whether at home or in the classroom, I hope you'll join me in making every moment count as we head into this final stretch of the school year. I can't wait to see our Sicomac Eagles back in the building tomorrow, ready for a season of learning and memorable experiences at school.
NJSLA Testing Schedule
Our NJSLA assessments are approaching for students in grades 3, 4, and 5. Please take note of the testing dates below.
As this is a new assessment format from the NJDOE, I have provided a link to a recorded information session for parents to help you and your child feel prepared.
