The first trimester ends on December 5th, and report cards for grades 1-5 will be available via the Genesis Parent Portal after 3:30 PM on December 12th. Parents may want to visit the district website for information about our Standards-Based Report Cards.

At our Schoolwide Meeting on November 26th, our Student Council Executive Board introduced themselves to the Student Body, leading our greeting, activity, and share components. The highlight of the meeting was our traditional “This or That Game”, Thanksgiving Edition. Play along here with our student-created slides.
Kindergarten students at Coolidge School participated in a special block build for Thanksgiving. They read "Our Table" by Peter H. Reynolds, created a plan for the class table, and then built their structure. The students loved to pretend to eat the foods they made with model magic. It was a very fun morning.
STUDENT COUNCIL COAT DRIVE
The season of giving is upon us! Coolidge Student Council will once again be hosting our annual Coat Drive! Families are encouraged to donate new or gently used coats to benefit New Destiny Family Success Center in Paterson. All coat sizes will be accepted. The coat drive will be held from November 24th to December 3rd. Students should bring coats for donation to school and drop them in the collection bin near the front and back entrances. 1ST/2ND GRADE MINI-MUSICAL- MESSAGE FROM MR. COSMAN
Our Mini-Musical, The Big Chill!, is quickly approaching, and we are so excited to share all the hard work the students have been doing in music class! All students will perform two shows.
Here are the details for our upcoming performances:
Performance Dates (about 25 minutes long)
First Grade Families: Wednesday, December 10th at 9:15 AM
Second Grade Families: Thursday, December 11th at 9:15 AM
Location
The performances will take place in the gymnasium. Families should enter through the gym doors.
Arrival & Doors Open
Doors will open for families at 9:00 AM, after school arrival has ended.
Costumes
A separate email was sent to parents with more information about costumes. Reach out to Mr. Cosman with any questions.
Guests
All family members are welcome to attend! (Please note: school-age siblings are not permitted to attend the performance.)

WYCKOFF FAMILY CONNECTION SERIES- “THE ATTENDANCE AGENDA”
The Wyckoff Coordinating Council is hosting the second as part of the Wyckoff Family Connection Series. This presentation, titled The Attendance Agenda, will take place on December 2nd at 7:00 PM at Eisenhower Middle School. The presentation will explore post-COVID attendance trends, barriers to school attendance, and warning signs for parents.
