Happy 2025! I hope everyone had a great holiday season! Students transitioned well back into school. We spent some time reviewing norms and expectations to help set students up for success in their learning for the remainder of the school year.

The 3rd-grade winter concert, "This is Me", takes place this week. Students have been working so hard getting ready for this performance -- they can’t wait to showcase their beautiful voices. Please remember to join us on Thursday, January 9th in the Coolidge gymnasium at 9:15 AM. You can sign in and enter through the gymnasium doors. (The performance is about 30 minutes long)
The students are encouraged to wear anything festive for the holidays. It could be something nicer, like a dress, or shirt and tie, or something silly like an ugly sweater and a festive hat. If they do choose to wear something nicer but would like to change after the concert, please send an extra pair of clothes with them in their backpacks. Enjoy the rest of your week and we’ll see you real soon!!!
Dear parents of instrumental music students,
We are looking forward to welcoming you to our 5th grade Winter Concert this Friday, January 10th at 2pm.*
There will be no before-school band rehearsal that day. Students should arrive at their regular times dressed for the concert.
Concert attire: something for a special occasion, e.g.
Option 1: a dress; skirt/blouse, etc.
Option 2: khaki pants/slacks; with a collared shirt

Please note the following dates for the New Jersey Student Learning Assessment (NJSLA) for students in grades 3-5. Please keep the following dates in mind when scheduling appointments or other time off for your children. The assessments will begin after the morning meeting each day, at approximately 9:15 am, and conclude by around 11:15.
