As a reminder, there is no school for students on Monday, Thursday, and Friday of next week. Parent/Teacher Conferences take place from 12:00- 8:00 PM on Monday. When visiting the school for conferences, parents should enter via the front door. You will need your driver’s license to sign in. Please be sure to leave enough time to park and sign in before your scheduled conference time.
Coolidge School recognizes Veterans Day next week. Please join me in saying thank you to our veterans for their sacrifice, bravery, and courage in defending the rights and freedoms we have in our country. Teachers will spend some time discussing the holiday with our students this week.
Thank you to the many parent volunteers who helped make Halloween so enjoyable for our students. Students enjoyed all of the fun games, crafts, and activities that you planned!
Our November schoolwide meeting will take place on Wednesday, November 8th. All students and staff are encouraged to wear spirit wear or blue/yellow. Go Cougars!!
The Wyckoff Education Foundation (WEF) will hold a Thanksgiving Pie fundraiser. Parents may pre-order now through November 14th. Click here for more information.
Our Lost and Found bin is overflowing. Items in the Lost and Found will be on a table in the front hallway during conferences. If your child is missing something you might want to check it out. All unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity after conferences.
Thanks to the generosity of the PTO, author Wendy Mass will be coming to Coolidge School on Friday, December 8th. She writes wonderful chapter books for both older and younger students. She will talk about her writing process and get students excited about their writing. We can't wait!
In preparation for her visit, we are offering the opportunity to purchase personalized autographed books. Please use this form to order books that you want autographed (and personalized if you want). Thanks to the generosity of The Curious Reader in Glen Rock, we can offer these books at a discount. Please return the form to Mrs. Needleman by Monday, November 20th.
