Congratulations to the cast and crew of The Lion King for sharing their talents and hard work with us this past week. We were all so impressed and thoroughly enjoyed the show. Thank you to Mr. Cosman for his leadership and creativity to get the best out of our students and provide them with such a memorable learning experience. Thank you also to the many, many staff members and parents who volunteered their time to make the show a success! Bravo!

FIELD DAY- FRIDAY, JUNE 2ND
Field Day will take place on Friday, June 2nd. See below for some reminders and important information from Miss Paton:
Students should bring:
Drawstring bag
Full reusable water bottle (label with name and class)
Swim towel
Change of clothes/shoes (not required but some students might want to change, others will just dry off)
Plastic bag for wet clothes. Please note, there are water activities.
Sneakers with laces/Velcro ONLY! - No sandals, flip-flops, crocs, etc.
Comfortable clothes – I encourage students to wear Coolidge spirit wear!
Students should pack a lunch and snack as normal. Fruit slices will be provided at snack stations.
The rain date is Friday, June 9th
**Fifth Grade Parents/Guardians: Fifth Grade relays will go from 2:45-3:20 pm. Please arrive at 2:35. Report directly to the backfield. A separate email was sent about this.
EISENHOWER COURSE SELECTION
Dear Parents of Incoming 6th Graders,
It's time to make some selections for Eisenhower Middle School! The Genesis parent portal will be open for course requests from 5/29/23 until 6/2/23. You will have the ability to rank your selections for World Language and make a Music selection. Our informative website (https://sites.google.com/wycko...) will provide you with descriptions of courses that you and your child can select from. When you are finished reviewing the options, head to the Genesis Parent Portal (https://parents.wyckoffps.org/...) and select the "Scheduling" then "Requests" tab. Follow the on-screen directions for a successful selection of courses.
If you have any questions about how to complete this process, then contact the Genesis Help Desk for assistance.

4TH/5TH INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC CONCERT
Dear Parents of 4th & 5th Grade Instrument Music Students,
You are cordially invited to attend the Fourth & Fifth-grade Instrumental Music Concert at Coolidge School, scheduled for Monday, June 5, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. The performance will take place in the gym. You can enter through the gym. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. Students performing in the concert should meet in the MPR at 6:30 p.m. with their instruments and music. We look forward to seeing you at the performance.
Concert Attire:
Option 1: nice top/bottom, dress, etc.
Option 2: shirt with collar, khakis, etc.
SCHOOL CALENDAR
As a reminder, at a recent Board of Education meeting, the Board revised the student calendar due to the two unused snow days. As a result, the last day of school for students will now be on Tuesday, June 20th. The last three days of school will be minimum days with dismissal at 1:05.
